Hard-boiled eggs are a staple in our house, even before Keto. There are so many uses for them besides deviled eggs or egg salad. Our kids eat them whole along with bacon knots for a quick breakfast before school. Hubby likes them sliced on his green salads. I like them cut in half and sprinkled with pink salt or 'everything but the bagel' seasoning. And don't forget about Parmesan crusted eggs. We recommend getting an egg slicer to make perfect slices, dices and wedges. Here's a few of our favorite ways to prepare them.
