This is our number one seller, and for good reason. It's just as creamy and chocolatey as regular fudge without the carbs! Our favorite is Pecan Fudge, followed closely by Walnut Fudge, but you can use whatever nuts you like or leave it plain.
Keto Fudge Bars
3/4c sugar free sweetened condensed milk (recipe here)
4.5oz sugar free chocolate (any flavor works, I usually combine one bar of Lily's Original with half a bar of milk or dark)
1/2c chopped nuts (optional)
1. Combine the condensed milk and chocolate in a double boiler or saucepan on low until smooth, then pour into molds. If your using nuts, put the nuts in the molds first. This way each bar will have equal amounts, that doesn’t happen when you mix them in first but you can do it that way too.
2. Gently shake, pull, and stretch the silicone molds to make sure the nuts get fully incorporated into the fudge. Pop in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
TIP: If you double the recipe, you can pour it into a parchment lined 8x8 pan. Makes 24-30 pieces.
