Keto Recipe: Baked Brie Bites

Here's an easy appetizer recipe that you'll want to keep handy because it's so versatile. Take the same all-purpose dough and change the fillings, violà you've got a new Keto appetizer. The possibilities are endless here folks. Scroll down to see more filling options.


Baked Brie Bites

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Roll dough into 1 inch balls then flatten into circles about 1/4 inch thick.

2. Place circles into a greased mini-muffin pan, set aside.

3. Cut cheese into 1 inch cubes and place on top of dough.

4. Cover cheese with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and bake for 8-10 minutes. Makes 48.

Almost too cute to eat . . . I said almost.

TIP: Make ahead (but don't bake) and refrigerate, then bake just before your guests arrive.
