Baked Brie Bites
4oz brie cheese (chèvre works well too)
3/4c raspberry jam or cranberry sauce (sugar free recipe here)
one recipe of our all-purpose keto dough
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Roll dough into 1 inch balls then flatten into circles about 1/4 inch thick.
2. Place circles into a greased mini-muffin pan, set aside.
3. Cut cheese into 1 inch cubes and place on top of dough.
4. Cover cheese with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and bake for 8-10 minutes. Makes 48.
Almost too cute to eat . . . I said almost.
TIP: Make ahead (but don't bake) and refrigerate, then bake just before your guests arrive.

Bacon, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, cream cheese
Goat cheese and cranberry/raspberry sauce
Spinach, artichoke, mozzarella
Pepperoni, tomato sauce, mozzarella
