Keto Recipe: Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

It's the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate all rolled into one tasty fat bomb. These are not peanut butter cups, the ingredients are mixed all together then poured into molds. This recipe only has 3 ingredients and you probably have them already. We keep these in the freezer for when cravings strike. Enjoy!

PB Fat Bombs

  • 1c sugar free chocolate chips, semi-sweet or dark (we use Let's Bake Believe)

  • 1T coconut oil, solid kind

  • 2-3T natural peanut butter (we use Adam's)

1. In a saucepan on low, melt chocolate and coconut oil.

2. Remove from heat and add peanut butter.

3. Pour into silicone molds. Chill for at least 2 hours, overnight is best. Store in the fridge or freezer.


NOTE: If you keep these in the freezer, let hem set out for a few minutes or they will be too hard to bite through.
