We love Asian inspired dishes like these sesame noodles. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or complete meal this recipe is where it all starts. This is our daughter's go-to after school snack because it only take s a few minutes to prepare. You can make it a meal by adding your choice of protein: cubed or shredded chicken, tofu, shrimp, pork or beef and some veggies. Enjoy!
Keto Sesame Noodles
1 package spaghetti (we use Miracle Noodle)
1-2T soy sauce or coconut aminos
splash of sesame oil
dash of powdered ginger
dash of garlic powder
red chili flakes to taste (optional)
1T brown sugar sub (we use Swerve)
sesame seeds (topping)
1. Prepare noodles as directed, set aside.
2. In a small saucepan on medium high heat, combine remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds. Bring to a boil then add noddles. Stir to thoroughly coat noodles.
3. Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes one serving.
