Looking for a sweet treat without all the carbs? Fat bombs are a Keto staple. This tasty little treat is just one carb per piece but it packs a whole lot of flavor. Keep a stash in your freezer for emergencies. Enjoy!
Pecan Pie Fat Bombs
1/2c chopped raw pecans, divided
2T butter, softened
2T hemps hearts (we use Manitoba Harvest)
2T sugar free maple syrup (we use ChocZero)
1T fine coconut or almond flour
dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1. In a small mixing bowl combine 1/4c pecans with the remaining ingredients and chill for 15 minutes.
2. Once batter has firmed up, use a small cookie scoop to form about 12-14 balls.
3. Coat with remaining 1/4c pecans. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freezer for a month, if you don’t eat them all first.
