Pecan Pie Truffle Fat Bombs

Looking for a sweet treat without all the carbs? Fat bombs are a Keto staple. This tasty little treat is just one carb per piece but it packs a whole lot of flavor. Keep a stash in your freezer for emergencies. Enjoy!

Pecan Pie Fat Bombs

  • 1/2c chopped raw pecans, divided

  • 2T butter, softened

  • 2T hemps hearts (we use Manitoba Harvest)

  • 2T sugar free maple syrup (we use ChocZero)

  • 1T fine coconut or almond flour

  • dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

1. In a small mixing bowl combine 1/4c pecans with the remaining ingredients and chill for 15 minutes.

2. Once batter has firmed up, use a small cookie scoop to form about 12-14 balls.

3. Coat with remaining 1/4c pecans. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freezer for a month, if you don’t eat them all first.
