Basically, it's a mold that creates a donut-shaped burger patty (or sausage). Why do you need a ring-shaped burger? Ever notice when you cook a burger that the center puffs up and takes way longer to cook than the edges?
Not anymore! The ultimate burger press allows the meat to cook evenly and stay juicy, we think it makes the perfect burger. Plus, it gives you a dent or well in the middle to fill with even more toppings, great for anyone eating it bun-less (like the bacon and egg cheeseburgers pictured above). We've also used it to make individual meatloafs (see full recipe).
